The Group was created by NorayBio founders after the acquisition of the majority of Histocell in December 2006. Noray BG’s shareholders are divided in: 67% owned by the founders, who maintain the control over the company, and 33% belongs to pension funds entities GEROA and ELKARKIDETZA, managed through ORZA, with an investment of 1,8 million euros.
